The study group who helped organise the Sport and Women conference in Sweden, 1967 (see 1967), continued to collect data and met for the second time in Strasbourg in March 1969 ahead of another conference, this time in Luxembourg in July, 1969. It assembled more than thirty participants from 17 countries. While most of them were women sport officials or scientists, the two main presentations were given by men. (p281-282) See 1978.
