A Forum for Women Leaders in Sport in the Americas is co-organised by the IOC, the Peruvian NOC and the Pan-American Sports Organisation (PASO) in Lima, Peru. Over 100 participants from all 41 NOCs in the Americas took part. The three-day forum aimed to empower and train women working in sport and the Olympic Movement to excel as leaders.
