Great Britain Sports Council publishes a Consultation Paper on Women and Sport (see 1991 Sep) that forms the foundations for a future policy (see 1993 Jan). It also produces a paper for Young People and Sport, People with Disabilities, and Black and Ethnic Minorities in Sport at various points throughout the year that were to eventually combine into ‘Sport in the Nineties: New Horizons’ (see 1993).
