IOC and ASOIF organise the first-ever forum and training programme for women in IFs and National Federations (NFs). More than sixty delegates from 25 NFs and IFs, together with experts and IOC leaders, participated in the two-day programme to explore ways to bring more women into leadership positions at all levels of sport.
