The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has just released the Gender Equality and Inclusion Report 2024, providing an in-depth overview of progress made as well as th persistent gaps, in advancing gender equality across the Olympic Movement.
Structured around five key focus areas, the report outlines actions taken by the IOC and its stakeholders, while highlighting areas where further work is needed. It also shares practical examples and recommendations to support the integration of gender equality and inclusion across sport governance, participation, leadership and media representation.
